HR Dept, the UK's largest franchise network of HR professionals, is using Pancentric's EnablerMail platform in conjunction with MS Dynamics to power a new email communications programme aimed at prospects and clients.

Pancentric's solution enables enterprises to automate personalised email communications at scale.

Full lifecycle communications

The email programme covers the full lifecycle of client communications including lead nurture, newsletters and post-service follow-ups.

The programme is nationwide to help licencees grow and retain clients. 

The network already uses Pancentric's HUB solution to connect with and support its licencees around the UK.

Integration with MS Dynamics

Key to the programme is Enabler's integration with CRM solution MS Dynamics.

The integration was undertaken using Microsoft PowerApps.

Every night, Dynamics automatically feeds Enabler the latest CRM data from over 100 HR Dept licencee offices across the UK.

This ensures daily email communications are based on the very latest client records.

Communications are sent automatically to clients based on predefined rules.

Some emails automatically merge data that is personal to the client e.g. agreement dates etc. This boosts relevance and improves the service to the client.

The programme represents a step-change in the timeliness and consistency of comms and the efficiency for both licencees and head office.

Impressive early results

In the first 12 months of the programme, over 800,000 emails have been sent with an average open rate of 42%.

Additional flexibility
