Our design approach is heavily influenced by Design Thinking (iterative, human-centred problem-solving) and best practice User Experience Design that includes service blue-printing and customer journey-mapping. Too many ventures are based on market assumption and customers consulted too late. Our approach is customer-first drawing on Design Thinking principles. We observe, empathise and co-create with target customers to clarify issues and design solutions. It's the open-minded start every venture needs.
#2 CREATE (2+ WEEKS)
Creating a prototype is the fastest and lowest-cost way to get customer feedback, validate design schemes and gain alignment with stakeholders. Our prototypes range from story-boards to full digital mock-ups. Insights inform further design work and business casing.
#3 GROW (TIMING VARIES)
With customer validation we produce a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) typically delivered Agile. Effort time-boxed into 1 or 2 week sprints. A pacey test & learn release cycle is recommended to iterate features, optimise performance and drive results early. All hosting & support provided as required.
