SETUP NOTES

The setup fees above typically apply per product. Extra fees may apply for additional products or variants of products depending on the uniqueness and complexity of each. Formal testing of Pro, Pro Plus, and Enterprise implementations prior to go-live is essential. We recommend that testing is undertaken by a specialist, independent third-party partner organisation. Testing fees are additional to configuration fees, typically between 10%-20% of the final configuration fee. Terms apply, available on request.

Pro packages and Enterprise

We have a banded licence fee model based on your GWP levels. Higher band licence fees can be part offset by a transaction fee arrangement. The licence fee covers all support, maintenance and upgrades. Licence permits unlimited transactions and unlimited products. If significant customisation an additional annual support fee may apply.
