Migration to a single platform
Pancentric's 'digital playbook' solution was to migrate GRP's disparate web estate of 50+ sites to a single new management platform complete with common code base and standardised implementation toolkit.
The implementation toolkit enabled branding customisation for each of the acquired businesses allowing them to keep their original identity whilst being clearly part of the Group stable and benefiting from its endorsement - 'powered by GRP'.
A key GRP strategy is to let acquired businesses stay recognisable and familiar to their customer base and build on their established reputation.
